its like thanksgiving/Christmas all over again! i love cranberries, but i don't think the PC frozen ones are best for making cranberry sauce. Here I combined
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
4 cups cranberry
The sauce turned out to be too sour for my taste... plus i made WAY too much for two! However, it taste much better with the addition of orange zest.

For the duck breast, I scored the skin, rubbed it with salt & pepper, and seared until it is brown and crispy.
Now its time to get back to Renaissance history..
